Maintenance ElectricianHours:Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekSalary:Up to £43,000 plus company vehicle with personal useCall-Out:1 in 6 rota, £100 standby payment (minimum 4-hour call-out payment)We are currently recruiting aMaintenance Electricianto support a portfolio of sites across Thatcham, Windsor, Southampton and Basingstoke, with occasional covering London and Dartford for sickness and holiday cover. The sites are a mix of office buildings and training academies, offering a varied and steady workload.You will be responsible for delivering bothplanned and reactive electrical maintenance, carrying out fault finding, repairs, and general building services tasks as required. The role offers a good level of autonomy while remaining part of a structured and well-supported contract.Key Responsibilities:Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Reactive electrical fault finding and repairsGeneral building services maintenanceEnsuring works are carried out safely and in line with compliance requirementsOccasional cover across additional sites when requiredRequirements:Electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)Experience within commercial building services or similar environmentsMobile maintenance experience preferredFull UK driving licenceProfessional, reliable, and customer-focused approachWhats on Offer:Competitive salary up to £43,000Company vehicle provided with personal useStable MondayFriday working hoursLow-frequency call-out rota with guaranteed minimum paymentVariety of sites without excessive travelLong-term opportunity on a well-established contractJBRP1_UKTJ
