Our client is an established FM Provider with a strong presence in the retail sector. It is looking to hire a Maintenance Electrician for a Shopping Centre in Leicester.

As the Maintenance Electrician, you will join a small team of engineers that carry out the planned and reactive maintenance to the whole site. You will carry out daily PPMs, and reactive works that includes 20% electrical and 80% building fabric and minor repairs.

The successful Maintenance Electrician must have a proven track record in a similar role and be qualified to City and Guilds Level 2 as a minimum. You must also have good communication skills and be a team player.

Our client is offering:

* £38,000 - £42,000 basic salary

* Mon – Fri (37.5hrs per week)

* Alternating shift 7am – 3.30pm and 12.30pm – 9.00pm

* 1 weekend in 5

* 1 call out in 5

* £154 for being on stand-by

* Pension
