For the successful Maintenance Electrician, our client is offering: £37,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience) 40 Hours per week (Day shifts) Overtime available Permanent Position Company vehicle and mobile phone/tablet 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Door to Door pay Attendance bonus The role – Maintenance Electrician: Undertake the maintenance and repair of electrical services, including fabric tasks of buildings as required under contract. Completing planned and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings. Completing the appropriate paperwork and reports. Working on singe phase and 3-phase systems, HVAC and plant room equipment. Completing service, maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdown. Supervising on-site sub-contractors. What our client is looking for in an Maintenance Electrician: Previous experience in a mechanical/ electrical maintenance Previous experience in FM or building management services NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering - Essential
