The Role

As the Maintenance Electrician, your role will include:

Lead planned and reactive maintenance activities, splitting your time between hands-on tasks and supervisory duties.
Ensure prompt completion of Job Request forms and required Permits for all works.
Monitor and optimise plant performance through effective maintenance systems.
Oversee subcontractor performance and provide recommendations for their appointments.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and promote safe working practices.
Support the General Services Manager and client with your technical expertise. You

To be successful in the role of Maintenance Electrician, you'll have the following skills and experience:

Full qualification as a C&G level 3 (2365) or equivalent in a relevant subject.
A minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management environments, ideally with a background in building services and plant engineering.
Experience as an Authorised Person in disciplines like LV or Mechanical Services.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a numerate and computer literate approach.
