Job Description

Position: Maintenance Electrician\nType: Permanent\nLocation: York\nPackage: £39,800 PA plus OT. Flexible start fionish times (40 hours per week)\nWe are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to provide PPM and reactive services to a large scale estate in the York area. \nYou will be expected to have good knowledge of FM disciplines and building services on commercial grad estates etc.

Permanent position paying circa 39k basic plus overtime. Mon-Fri days c40 hours per week. Flexibility with start/finish times\n\nMaintenance Electrician Engineer Description:\n· To ensure that all critical PPM’s are carried out on site and carry out reactive work at the request of the end user, ensuring that this is in line with SLA’s\n· To ensure the correct H&S procedure is observed\n· To provide Electrical H&S and compliance engineering the facility\n· To undertake minor installation works such as lighting and small power installations\n· To undertake electrical works on the power supply, lighting, power , HVAC, UPS, A/C units, etc\n· To support with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines including fabric, compliance, basic mechanical etc.\n\nSkills & Background Required:\nRecognised professional apprenticeship or equivalent\nNVQ Level 3 Grade (or Part 1 and 2 C&G)\n18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations,\nH&S Focused with training to support\nAbility to deal with conflicting priorities\nProven building maintenance experience\nMust be presentable and reliable\nAble to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally\nDBS check required\n\nIf you are interested in applying for this role, please click the APPLY button now.\nPlease note if you have not had a response within 5 days, then please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.\nPRS is an equal opportunities employer
