Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Basingstoke
We are currently recruiting for a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a commercial site in Basingstoke for a facilities maintenance client.
Rate: £20 per hour (PAYE)
Pay: Weekly
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Ongoing temporary position with the view to permanent
Site: Static commercial environmentRole Overview:
The engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across the site, ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance
Fault finding and repairs on commercial electrical systems
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
Complete relevant paperwork and reports
Liaise with site management and other engineers when requiredRequirements:
Recognised electrical qualifications
Previous experience in a commercial maintenance environment
Valid DBS check – essential
Ability to work independently on a static siteWorking on behalf of a reputable facilities maintenance client.
