The salary ranges up to £25,000 depending on experience plus annual bonus. Let's talk about the role. It involves; Dealing with tenants, over the telephone and via email, who have a maintenance issue with their property. You will identify the problem and assess if it requires a contractor to visit or if it is user error. You will be liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate a prompt and professional approach to repairs and maintenance keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents.
