An exciting opportunity for an individual from a maintenance engineering background with strong compliance/H&S experience looking to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a global leading company.
Do you have a background in maintenance engineering and compliance within manufacturing facilities? Would you like to drive improvements and safety initiatives at a global leading company?
This well-established company is a leader in its field, supplying high-quality products to a global customer base. With a strong focus on safety, innovation, and continuous improvement, they are now looking for a Maintenance & Compliance Engineer to join their team and play a key role in maintaining and optimising site assets.
In this role, you will work closely with contractors, operations, R&D, and the safety team to ensure maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in line with company standards. You will be responsible for planned maintenance, fault finding, and driving root cause analysis to improve reliability and performance across site assets. You will also utilise a CMMS system to manage maintenance activities and contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and procedures.
This role would therefore suit an individual from an engineering background with strong compliance/H&S experience in manufacturing who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role at a global leading company.
The Role:
Ensuring contractor activities meet HSEQ standards and procedures
Managing planned maintenance in line with compliance requirements
Maintaining accurate CMMS records for audit and reporting purposes
Supporting fault finding and maintenance within safety guidelines
Driving root cause analysis and producing risk assessments
£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Training + Mon-Fri Days + 33 Days HolidayThe Person:
Background in maintenance engineering
Strong compliance/H&S experience within manufacturing
Holds an engineering qualification (NVQ, HNC/HND)
Commutable to Scunthorpe
