Vacancy:          Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time – Saturday & Sunday – 16hrs)\n\nPay rate:          £14.40ph\n\nLocation:         Bromley (Kent)\n\nOur Client, a fantastic Care Home in Bromley is looking for a part-time Maintenance Assistant to work weekends to support the Head of Maintenance. \n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\nSupporting the Head of Maintenance to create a safe and well-presented environment for their residents and their families.\nEnsuring the maintenance of the garden and exteriors is to the highest standard.\nUndertaking daily tasks to ensure both resident bedrooms and communal areas are well maintained.\nUndertaking general maintenance and repairs when required.\nEnsuring accurate records of work undertaken are kept.\nUndertaking other duties as required.\nAbout you:\n\nYou will be friendly and approachable and able to interact with both colleagues and residents.\nYou will take pride in maintaining the highest standards with the work you undertake.\nYou will have a good eye for detail.\nYou will have prior experience working in a general Maintenance role.\nWhat you get:\n\n£14.40ph\n33 Day Annual Leave (pro rate)\nComplimentary meals, snacks and hot drinks on shift.\nCustom-made uniforms provided.\nDiscretionary Annual Bonus\nFull induction and on-going training and development.\nCompany contributory pension scheme.\nTo find out more about this great opportunity, please apply and a Consultant will call you to discuss the role in detail
