4 Day Working Week , overtime paid at a premium, job security and on-going development are just a few perks that the MAG Welder /Fabricator will receive whilst working for this UK based manufacturing business.\n \n Due to organic growth, we are recruiting for a MAG Welder /Fabricator to join this well-established manufacturing organisation.\n \n The company is based in Warwick , offering easy access from surrounding towns and cities such as Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Northampton, and Worcester.\n \n Working Hours of the MAG Welder /Fabricator :\n\nMonday to Thursday: 6.00am to 4.00pm\n37 hours working week. In return, the successful MAG Welder /Fabricator will receive:\n\nUp to £19.10 an hour (Dependant on Experience).\n4 days Working Week.\nRegular overtime available (paid at 150%).\nPermanent opportunity.\nOngoing development and training. Ideally, the successful MAG Welder will have :\n\nExperience in manufacturing high-quality jigs, fixtures, and tooling.\nOperate lathes, milling machines, saws, and workshop equipment.\nAble to work from engineering and weld drawings.\nMust be able to use active gas for steel.\n E3R are keen to see applications from candidates with experience in MAG - (metal active gas) /Fabrication , able to work from engineering drawings and symbols and be confident of using workshop machinery .
