A1, Jobs have an immediate need for a Fabrication/Machine Shop Supervisor to join our clients thriving team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a skilled team of welders and machine operators. Operate and specialise in conventional horizontal boring (e.g. SH75 Kerns Richard). Use a variety of machine tools: lathe, milling machine, drill , etc. Interpret mechanical drawings and work to precise engineering tolerances . Carry out self-inspection throughout the manufacturing process. Promote safe working practices and maintain clean, organised work areas. Contribute to continuous improvement and help implement standard procedures . Essential Requirements: Proven experience as a machine operator with supervisory responsibilities .
