The Pay You’ll Receive;

* £12.21 for training period (12-16 weeks)

* After training payrate will rise to £12.48 per hour (Rates are undergoing review)

The Hours You’ll Work;

* Dayshift: 7:00am - 16:00pm, with an early finish Friday

* (MUST be flexible for shift work based on business needs)

The Job You’ll Do;

We are looking for candidates with manufacturing experience in Machine Operating, Ideally with tool setting / machine setting and depending on experience level can be trained in other aspects of the role. The role would see you carrying out general duties such as including;

* Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor

* To help prioritise workloads within the department / designated production area

* Confident with computer / display consoles

* Machine Operating and setting

* Reading engineering drawings

* Tool setting

* Quality inspection of a range of components

* Checking first off components

* Using measuring tools

* Manual Handling with heavy lifting

* Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times

About You;

* Previous experience in a fast-paced production / manufacturing environment

* A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job

* Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
