Machine Operator

£13.50ph, NN17 4JW, Monday to Thursday 2.00pm - 12.00am, Training, Car Park

Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator has arisen to join our manufacturing client who have been established for over 35 years. You will be providing support to the Production Supervisor:

Operating various production machinery Inspect product both visually and dimensionally, as they are being produced on assigned machines for conformity to specifications. Locate, move, load, and feed new material for machines as required. Keep mechanical portions of machine lubricated per maintenance specifications Operating Counterbalance FLT to move completed pallet into warehouse area Perform all operational maintenance on assigned machines in accordance with operation maintenance procedures.We would expect the successful Machine Operator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of manufacturing practices, work well to instructions and targets, enjoy working as part of a small busy manufacturing team. You will be supported 1:1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within manufacturing, powder coating , or a machine operator position.
