Duties:

Set up and operate robotic welding cells, loading components and selecting welding programs Monitor welding robots to ensure accurate, repeatable welds and detect any anomalies Conduct quality inspections using tools like calipers or gauges to verify welds meet specifications Perform routine maintenance: clean nozzles, replace contact tips/liners, and maintain wire feed systems Troubleshoot minor mechanical faults or software alarms to maintain production flow Record production data, material usage, and maintenance logs accuratelySkills Required:
