Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: St Neots
Salary: £29,500 per annum (£17.07 per hour) + overtime
Schedule: 12-hour shifts 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 On / 6 Off
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

About the Role
Were looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll ensure the efficient and safe operation of machinery to maintain high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain product quality and production efficiency
Work collaboratively as part of a shift team
What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Hands-on experience operating machinery
Strong understanding of health & safety and SOP compliance
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
