Our client is dedicated to producing high-performance carbide blades for demanding industries such as aviation and power generation.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a range of machinery to ensure the production of high-quality carbide blades. Collaborate effectively with team members and leaders to meet and exceed organisational goals. analyse operational problems, identify cause-effect relationships, and implement effective solutions. Communicate clearly and effectively in both individual and group settings. Engage in all mandatory training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Uphold company policies, particularly in Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety standards. Maintain excellent housekeeping practises to keep the work environment safe and efficient.We value individuals who bring a strong safety culture and a proactive approach to their work. What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment. Experience with CNC setting is preferred but not essential. A team player with a commitment to safety and quality. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
