We are on the lookout for enthusiastic machine Operators who are driven by quality and performance.

Our client is dedicated to producing high-performance carbide blades for demanding industries such as aviation and power generation.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a range of machinery to ensure the production of high-quality carbide blades.
Collaborate effectively with team members and leaders to meet and exceed organisational goals.
analyse operational problems, identify cause-effect relationships, and implement effective solutions.
Communicate clearly and effectively in both individual and group settings.
Engage in all mandatory training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Uphold company policies, particularly in Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
Experience with CNC setting is preferred but not essential.
A team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
