We are looking for reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our clients busy production facility based in Evesham. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company that offers full training, ongoing support, and the chance to progress within your career.
Key Responsibilities: Operating and monitoring machinery in a fast-paced production environment

Carrying out machine set-up, adjustments, and basic fault finding

Recording production data accurately and efficiently

Following work instructions and meeting production targets

Complying with all site health & safety policies and procedures

What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar production role (preferred but not essential training provided)

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Flexibility to work the 4 on / 3 off shift pattern
