Multi-Skilled Operative – Processing Site Location: Plymouth Department: Processing Salary: £16-18ph About the Role NEOS Engineering are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Operative on behalf of our client to support the day-to-day operations of a processing site at Hemerdon Mine. This hands-on role will see you working closely with the site team to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations across crushing, screening, and washing processes. This position is ideal for individuals with a practical, can-do attitude who enjoy working in a dynamic quarry or processing environment and are keen to develop their skills across multiple areas of plant operation and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Support the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant.
Carry out and document pre-start and pre-shift safety checks.
