SureStaffing UK Ltd are currently recruiting Machine Operator for our client, a globally recognised leader in the packaging industry, based in Featherstone, West Yorkshire.

Ideal Candidate for the Machine Operator Role Will Have:
\n
\n Previous experience operating industrial machinery (manufacturing background ) \n
Mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail \n
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance issues \n
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends \n
Commitment to safety and quality standards \n
\n
Responsibilities and Duties of a Machine Operator:
\n
\n Set up, operate, and maintain industrial machinery to ensure smooth production \n
Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and product quality \n
Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment \n
Follow safety protocols and uphold company quality standards \n
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets \n
Report and resolve any machine or process issues promptly \n
\n
Shift Pattern for a Machine Operator:
\n
\n \nRotating shift pattern (Days, Nights & Weekends) \n
\nShift times: 06:40 - 19:00 & 18:40 - 07:00 \n
\n
Pay Rate for a Machine Operator:
\n
\n 14.43/hour \n
goes up to £15.80 after 12 weeks \n
\n
