Machine Operator – Print Finishing / Mounting

A&G Resourcing Ltd is looking for a Machine Operator to join a busy client based in Bristol and their growing print finishing and packaging team.

Location: Bristol

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:30

Pay: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour (depending on experience) + holidays

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate machinery to convert materials into finished packaging or print.

* Set up machines and understand the technical aspects of operation.

* Mount print onto corrugated board or other materials.

* Feed and remove materials from machinery.

* General warehouse duties: stacking pallets, strapping, using pallet trucks, etc.

* Maintain a keen eye for detail and identify any quality issues in finished products.

Who we’re looking for:

* No print or mounting experience? No problem! Full training can be provided for candidates with some previous experience operating machinery or working in a hands-on role.

* Experience in mounting or print finishing is a bonus.

* Good hand-eye coordination, ability to follow instructions, and readiness to develop technical skills.

* Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

This is a Temp-to-Perm role, starting as a 12-week contract with the potential for permanent employment.
