We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly Operative to join our clients dynamic production team. As a key player in their assembly department, you will contribute to the production of high-quality products that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities:
Assembly & Production: Build components and sub-assemblies into finished products following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Tools & Equipment: Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery (full training provided).
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet high-quality standards.
Technical Skills: Read and interpret assembly instructions and engineering drawings.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Team Support: Assist other departments when required to meet business needs.
Workplace Efficiency: Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing machine operating.
✔️ Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment confidently
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔️ A proactive and team-oriented mindset
✔️ Willingness to learn and develop new skills
