Job Description
JDR Recruitment are looking for a machine operators to join our client based in Haydock WA11
\n
Payrate: £12.21 per hour
\n
Location: Haydock, WA11
\n
\n
Working Hours: 6pm until 6am Monday to Thursday - 3 day weekend!
\n
We have positions available on a rotating day / night shift pattern
\n
6am until 6pm and 6pm until 6am rotating weekly!
\n
Permanent Roles Available
\n
Full 12 hour shift paid
\n
\n
The Role:
As a production operative you will be working within a fabrication environment and your duties will be as follows:
\n
\n
Operation of Conversion Machinery
\n
Setting up machines at start of shifts or for new jobs: loading raw materials, aligning film rolls, adjusting parameters
\n
Continuously monitoring machine performance and output consistency
\n
Contributing to a tidy, safe workplace environment, e.g.: clean floors, organised stations, clear walkways
\n
\n
About You:
As a machine operative, you will have the following skills and experience:
\n
\n
Previous work in fast-paced manufacturing \n
\n
Hands-on experience in visual inspections and quality checks
\n
Understanding of machine safety, lock-out/tag-out procedures, PPE use
\n
Strong teamwork and communication skills
\n
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
\n
\n
