We are seeking reliable Production Operatives (machine ops and forklift drivers) and to join our client's team in a new state of the art facility, based in the Eurocentral area, with an excellent chance to go permanent in due course.Your Time at WorkThe main role involves setting and operating a production line, handling raw materials, working around machinery.Working to set targets and deadlinesGeneral cleaning and housekeeping of the factoryEnsuring safety and meeting quality standardsAssisting engineering teamFor those with forklift licence, you will be assisting at the end of the production process and despatch/goods out areas, with 80% of your day being on the trucks.Our Perfect WorkerPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment is desirableForklift licence advantageous but not essential for production operativesPhysically fit due to the nature of the roleComfortable working with and near machineryReliable and committed to working a rotating shift patternOwn transport may be required due to location and shifts.Key Information and BenefitsRotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to FridayImmediate Starts£12.84 per hr, starting pay rate - pay raise due and to be confirmed for April.Regular overtime available and & 2x.Full 40 hours paid weeklyA chance to go permanent with a reputable organisation and further opportunities to progress.About BrightworkBrightwork Ltd, part of the Staffline Group, offers the services of an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.JBRP1_UKTJ
