About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operative to join a busy textile company based in Wakefield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure a full-time, long-term position with excellent earning potential once fully trained.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating textile machinery in a safe and efficient manner
Monitoring production processes and ensuring quality standards are met
Carrying out basic machine maintenance and reporting any faults
Handling materials and finished products
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or textile environment is desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good timekeeping and reliability
Willingness to learn and undergo training
What We Offer:

£12.71 per hour
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm – no weekends
Immediate start available
