Kinetic Recruitment are currently looking for Machines Operatives to work for an international manufacturing company, based in the CH6 area in Flint, Flintshire.

THE ROLE *To support the manufacturing process in order to meet production demands of the business. *Working across a number of lines to carry out (two or more) defined machine operation and monitoring of production process as required / determined by the Shift Operational Lead. *Demonstrate at all times our company values - Teamwork, Integrity, Excellence and Safety in order to achieve overall job function.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB ROLE *Work as part of crewing on production lines. *Defined machine operation, packing, palletising, lid loading, material replenishment of running materials (reel operation). *Ensure required materials are ordered inline with production requirements. Carrying out process confirmation checks in line with quality, safety and product specifications. *Clean and Inspect all work area and machinery, within acceptable safe working standards and good manufacturing practices , ensuring lines are set to centreline standards. Taking corrective action or reporting any maintenance issues as appropriate. *Read and interpret specifications to meet the production plans ensuring appropriate prioritisation. *Completion of line records to include material traceability, yield & usage. ...
