Machine Operative - Hereford

Rate of Pay - £12.50 per hour Shifts: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and 1pm finish on a Friday Start - ASAP

Were looking for reliable and hardworking Machine Operatives to join our production team. Youll be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring products are manufactured to high standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Carry out quality checks on products Report any machine faults or production issues Maintain cleanliness and organisation around your workstation Follow health & safety procedures at all times Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets Requirements Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential) Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Flexibility with shifts/overtime when required
