As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll help design, build, and deploy production ML models that influence thousands of daily operational decisions across a large multi‑site network. What you’ll work on

Scalable ML models for demand forecasting, labour optimisation, and quality‑of‑service insights ML predictive systems that drive real‑time operational actions MLOps, deployment workflows, monitoring, and model performance tuning Cross‑functional collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and product teams

What you bring

Strong foundations in maths, statistics, and applied ML Python, SQL, and distributed data tooling (Airflow, Spark, PyTorch) Experience with AWS (SageMaker, Lambda) and modern MLOps practices Understanding of CI/CD, data quality, and versioning
