Luxury Sales Manager – York Salary: £31,000 per annum + quarterly bonus + uncapped commission
About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a driven luxury sales professional to take ownership of a high-profile retail location in York. You will combine hands-on sales with team leadership, ensuring exceptional client experiences while consistently delivering strong commercial results. You will be working with a premium product range, supported by regular new releases, exclusive events and product showcases, alongside full training to further develop your expertise and maximise performance. This is a weekend-led business, so flexibility to work five out of seven weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) is essential.
