Logistics Team Leader (Nights) Location: West Bromwich Hours: 39 hours per week

Sunday – Wednesday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Thursday: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM Salary: £35,490 per annum (includes 25% shift allowance) Additional Pay: £150 monthly Supervisor Allowance

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Logistics Team Leader (Nights) to take ownership of warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatching. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, values continuous improvement, and can lead by example.

You’ll ensure smooth nightly operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and support process enhancements while driving performance and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the night shift logistics team

Oversee pick, pack, and dispatch to meet deadlines

Ensure inventory accuracy and warehouse housekeeping

Identify and implement process improvements

Manage workload distribution and plan adherence

Handle attendance, return-to-work, and absence management

Identify and support staff training and development

Lead daily briefings and stand-downs

Maintain a safe working environment, promoting H&S compliance

Apply lean practices and 5S methodologies

Escalate operational issues when required

Report on team performance to Logistics Supervisor

Support other team leaders as needed
