Are you an organised, proactive logistics professional who thrives in a fast paced environment?
Join a London estate managing the movement of goods, vehicles, and contractors across a vibrant mix of venues from events and hotels to restaurants and theatres.
The role:
Take charge of the Delivery Management System (DMS) to schedule and oversee all site logistics
Coordinate access, deliveries, and traffic for daily operations and large-scale events
Work closely with events, operations, and security teams to keep the estate running smoothly
Analyse logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce congestion
Experience:
Experience in logistics, traffic, or event coordination (Must have DMS/Voyage Control)
Sharp organisation skills and calm problem-solving under pressure
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
