Were looking for an experienced Administration Supervisor to lead a high performing logistics administration team supporting nationwide store replenishment and e commerce fulfilment. Youll play a key role in maintaining service excellence, cost control, and operational accuracy in a secure, fast moving DC environment. Why this role matters Our distribution centre processes around 6 million units annually, fulfilling c. 680k customer orders and supporting c. 265+ stores across the UK & Ireland. Youll lead a team of 12 administrators (4 direct reports), ensuring critical processes run on time, to standard, and within budgetkeeping customers and stores at the heart of what we do. What youll do Lead & develop the team: motivate, coach and performance manage 4 direct reports and oversee the broader admin cohort (c. 16) to deliver high standards, engagement and results.
