What You Will Do:

• Manage customer enquiries and orders via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely input into the system.
• Plan, book, and track shipments, offering tailored solutions for EU and UK transport, including airfreight and road travel.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
• Review and optimise transport routes to maximise profitability and cost efficiency.
• Ensure all job files are closed out accurately, including obtaining proof of delivery and scanning required documents.
• Maintain system data integrity and manage KPIs to ensure high standards of service delivery.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven knowledge and experience in the transport and freight-forwarding industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant systems, with a good level of numeracy and literacy.

Location and Working Hours:

This role is fully based on site in Redditch. Working hours are Monday – Sunday, 4 on / 4 off basis including weekend working, 06:00am – 18:00pm (44 hours per week).
