As one of the UK's most exciting up-and-coming fashion brands, we’re expanding rapidly and are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team and play a pivotal role in the business. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our operations team and ensure the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers The successful candidate will coordinate transportation, and optimise supply chain processes while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1-2 years experience.

Please note we are willing to look at both Full Time candidates and also Part Time candidates (3 days a week).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Making Bookings with all customer warehouses and updating information - This includes our UK distribution centre, our UK and abroad partners. Uploading SKU report to our Warehouse for the following weeks bookings and preparing the necessary paperwork. Updating all factory packing lists onto correct format files and sending to the relevant customer warehouse.
