You will also work as part of a team to deliver first class customer service whilst remaining cost effective. Cycle to Work Scheme, employee retail discount scheme and free eye test vouchers About You Strong customer service skills Able to develop strong and effective and collaborative working relationships across teams Able to communicate effectively at all levels Strong planning and organisational skills with effective time management Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail A flexible approach to work and able to manage changing priority Self-motivated and tenacious with a can-do attitude Solution focused Possess a confident and professional telephone manner Ability to work on own initiative and in collaboration as part of a team Good UK geographical knowledge Strong IT skills Your Role As a Logistics Coordinator your role will involve: Providing first class customer service and experience within a customer-first culture Seeking to understand and deliver on customer expectations Ensuring concise communication to all customers and stakeholders Delivering on customer service KPIs and SLAs Achieving the best possible balance of service and cost, through good planning, communication and choice of transport option Delivering plans based on customer expectations Coordinating product availability for dispatch with the supply chain and production team Utilising own fleet transport cost effectively and working to budgets Ensuring we remain safe, legal and compliant Utilising third party hauliers and couriers to provide effective delivery service Monitoring haulier performance against SLA and expectations Planning deliveries and ensuring expectations are met Working in collaboration with the site team to ensure efficient out loading We encourage candidates to submit their applications as early as possible and not to wait until the published closing date as applications will be reviewed and interviews may be booked in before that date.
