We’re Hiring: Logistics & Operations Coordinator (Site based)

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

What you’ll do:

* Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, including shipping instructions and export documentation.

* Manage stock movements and inventory accuracy across multiple locations.

* Build strong relationships with third-party logistics partners.

* Act as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.

* Support events and exhibitions with logistics planning.

What we’re looking for:

* Strong analytical and numerical skills.

* Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.

* Proven experience in operations, logistics, warehouse coordination

* Proven customer service coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills

* Familiarity with ERP systems

* Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.

NB: this is a site based role - 5 days a a week
