As a Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining, comparing, and maintaining accurate records of shipping quotations
- Coordinating transportation via air, sea, and road to ensure timely delivery
- Preparing, reviewing, and processing shipping documentation for compliance
- Liaising with internal teams, carriers, and suppliers to schedule and track shipments
- Ensuring safe and compliant handling of dangerous goods
- Monitoring shipments and resolving delays or issues proactively.
As a Logistics Coordinator, your experience will include:
- Knowledge of global freight operations across air, sea, and road
- Preparing shipping and customs documentation
- Understanding regulations for handling and shipping dangerous goods
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience using logistics or ERP systems, ideally SAP.
