The Role (aka: The Organised Chaos Controller)

A growing logistics and warehousing business—helping containers behave themselves after arriving through the Port of Felixstowe—is on the hunt for a Logistics Coordinator.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone already in logistics, warehouse admin, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination who enjoys spinning multiple plates… and occasionally catching the ones that wobble.

What You’ll Be Doing

Think of yourself as the central nervous system of the warehouse—connecting customers, warehouse teams, and transport planners so everything runs smoothly (or at least looks like it does).

It’s roughly a 50/50 split between:

* Keeping systems updated and accurate

* Keeping customers informed and happy (or at least calm)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* Managing admin for multiple customer accounts (yes, multitasking is key)

* Processing inbound and outbound orders in the WMS (Warehouse Management System—not wizard magic system… sadly)

* Talking to customers about bookings, stock, and delivery schedules
