JOB TITLE: Logistics Coordinator – 20 hours a week
LOCATION: Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 (hybrid)
ABOUT US:
Curvy Kate and Brastop are market-leading and award-winning lingerie and swimwear brands, exclusively for fuller busts.
We were proud to win Draper’s Best Place to Work in 2022 and The Sunday Times Best Place to Work 2024 , reflecting our commitment to creating a supportive and inspiring workplace.
We specialise in D to K cups, and our company purpose is to give comfort, confidence and freedom to everybody with bigger boobs.
We are looking for a People & Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone that will align with our business core values which are ‘wow the customer’, ‘always be better’ and ‘work as a team’.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products move efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively through the supply chain, from production all the way to the customer. You’ll be a key link between internal teams, our 3PL warehouse, and courier partners, all while upholding our company values and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will:
Champion our core values, supporting your colleagues, driving continuous improvement, and representing the business professionally to all partners and stakeholders.
Act as the main liaison with our 3PL provider, managing day-to-day communication, tracking SLAs, and ensuring costs, KPIs, and service levels stay on target.
Manage forecasting and stock accuracy, validating intake and output data, improving forecast precision, and ensuring inventory alignment between the 3PL and internal systems.
Monitor stock discrepancies, investigate issues such as missing or mis-located stock, and work with the 3PL to minimise shrinkage and operational errors.
Lead courier and shipping management, maintaining strong relationships, reviewing performance and pricing, and ensuring we offer cost-effective, customer-centric delivery options.
Support shipping strategy, including new courier onboarding, returns cost management, cross-border shipping improvements, and peak-season planning.
Own logistics budget performance, tracking spend across 3PL, couriers, and warehouse costs, preparing regular performance reports, and identifying opportunities to optimise cost-to-serve.
Oversee day-to-day logistics activity, ensuring smooth product flow, maintaining accurate records, and proactively identifying risks or bottlenecks.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Production, Merchandise, Sales, E-Commerce, and Finance, to ensure operational alignment and excellent customer outcomes.
About You:
You’re an organised, analytical, and solutions-driven logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally. You bring:
Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or 3PL coordination, ideally with exposure to both B2B and e-commerce operations.
Strong understanding of 3PL operations, SLAs, cost drivers, and warehouse processes.
Confidence managing courier relationships, shipping strategies, and postage/returns performance.
Analytical capability, with the ability to interpret operational data, forecast trends, and track budget performance.
Experience working with inventory systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar) and ensuring stock integrity across partners.
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, able to build strong relationships internally and externally.
A proactive, improvement-focused mindset, always looking for ways to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and enhance the customer experience.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows, maintain accurate records, and respond quickly to operational challenges.
A collaborative approach, working closely with teams across the business while consistently living our core values.
What we offer:

£20,000 per annum
