We’re Hiring: Logistics & Operations Coordinator (Site based)\nAre you highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.\nWhat you’ll do:\n * Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, including shipping instructions and export documentation.\n * Manage stock movements and inventory accuracy across multiple locations.\n * Build strong relationships with third-party logistics partners.\n * Act as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.\n * Support events and exhibitions with logistics planning.\nWhat we’re looking for:\n * Strong analytical and numerical skills.\n * Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.\n * Proven experience in operations, logistics, warehouse coordination\n * Proven customer service coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills\n * Familiarity with ERP systems\n * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.\nNB: this is a site based role - 5 days a a week\nYou’ll be part of a dynamic team where your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency.
