Locum Prescribing Paramedic

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Locum Prescribing Paramedic to support within an acute care hub at a well- established practice in the Yeovil area. The practice is ideally looking for a clinician who can start asap to support with acute care presentations over the Winter period. You will have experience as a Paramedic working within a Primary care setting and will be confident in working autonomously, prescribing and clinical decision making. Full support from a Duty GP for any clinical queries and escalations will be available. Salary – £45- £50 per hour Location – Yeovil The surgery – Acute care hub located in a well-established practice in Yeovil 14,500 patients CQC Good practice Modern, purpose-built building Multi-disciplinary team EMIS Your role - Locum Prescribing Paramedic Ideally FT 5 days per week – but can consider partial cover 9am – 6pm Supporting acute care hub Home visits could be required Duty GP on hand to support with clinical queries or escalations Primary Care experience -Essential Independent Prescribing – Essential You must be qualified for this role and be registered with the HCPC Next Steps For further details on this exceptional...
