This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced litigator to manage a varied caseload with flexibility and autonomy. Key Responsibilities

Handling a broad range of civil litigation matters including contested probate, property disputes, and boundary issues Providing clear, pragmatic advice to clients across contentious matters Managing files independently from instruction to resolution Liaising effectively with clients, counsel, and third parties Supporting the litigation team and contributing to ongoing casework

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Minimum 5 years' PQE in civil litigation Proven expertise in contested probate is essential Strong working knowledge of property litigation and boundary disputes Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills Ability to hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision
