This is a highly proactive, field‑based role suited to someone who enjoys being out in the market, building networks and converting new business through structured, persistent and self‑driven activity.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, running your own diary, planning your territory approach and shaping how the brands show up locally. Your focus will be on securing new customers, generating leads and positioning our LCV and PC offerings as the preferred choice for local businesses, fleets and private buyers entering electric mobility.

  • Build visibility for Farizon and AION through proactive outreach, local networking and presence in key commercial and community areas.

  • Prospect actively through events, roadshows, business visits and engagement with local organisations and trade communities.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Engage confidently with prospects, providing clear guidance on product suitability, running costs, EV benefits and ownership experience.
  • Deliver test drives, demonstrations and local activation events to attract and convert new customers.
  • Build long‑term relationships that support repeat business, referrals and brand advocacy.

EV / NEV Customer Support

  • Support customer understanding of electrified vehicles including charging, incentives, total cost of ownership, and real‑world range.
  • Address common EV concerns clearly and professionally, increasing customer confidence in adoption.
  • Promote new model launches and our expanding sustainable mobility offering.

Territory Activation & Brand Presence

  • Represent Farizon and AION at relevant community events, exhibitions, business centres and regional shows.
  • Ensure consistent, professional and impactful brand presence within the local area.
  • Monitor competitor activity, customer trends and local market behaviour to inform strategy and optimise opportunities.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales Managers, Marketing, Aftersales and OEM teams to create seamless customer journeys.
  • Share local insights, market intelligence and performance trends to support planning and future growth.
  • Contribute to wider retailer group initiatives, launches and local marketing activities.

Performance, Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain accurate CRM entries for all activity, leads, follow‑ups and pipeline updates.
  • Report regularly on territory performance, customer conversions, and engagement results.
  • Work with strong commercial awareness to ensure deals meet profit and margin expectations.

  • Proven success in automotive retail, sales, fleet or business development roles.
  • Demonstrable track record of generating new business with proactive, outbound activity.
  • Strong communication, relationship building and influencing capability.
  • Solid understanding of automotive retail processes and customer journeys.
  • Highly self‑motivated, disciplined and comfortable working independently.
  • Resilient, organised and capable of structured follow‑up, diary management and territory planning.

Desirable

  • Experience with LCVs, commercial customers, or key account management.
  • Exposure to new brand launches or emerging automotive entrants.
  • Background representing a brand at events, community activity or promotional engagements.

  • Confident engaging diverse customers, businesses, and local stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong planning discipline and excellent attention to detail.
