Morson Edge are looking for a Loading Shovel Driver in the Lea Marston, Birmingham area, due to upcoming holiday cover starting 07/04/2026.

The role is holiday cover on HS2 Kingsbury Compound, and candidates will therefore need to be BBV inducted and have worked in a similar role previously, within the Aggregates / Construction sectors.

Successful candidates will have previously worked as a Loading Shovel Drivers / Wheeled Loading Shovel Operators, transporting materials safely and efficiently, loading hoppers, moving aggregates and materials, from stock piles to bins. Further work may be based at different locations over the remainder of the summer months, based on client needs.
