Loader Driver / HGV Driver

Ocean Fish Group Limited is looking for someone from the Brixham area who will be responsible for managing and loading fish bought from Brixham fish market onto a truck and then bringing it to their factory in Roche, with occasional deliveries to customers on route back to Brixham
Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday)

The position of Loader/HGV Driver involves:

• Loading/unloading of vehicle
• Collecting/Delivering fish on route to and from Brixham
• Dealing with customers face to face.
• Keeping in regular contact with the transport team & site management for updates on progress and managing our customers expectations
• Ensuring truck is clean and tidy

Personal Attributes for HGV Drivers:

• Must have a UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence
• Hold a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
• Working to deadlines.
• Confident, polite and a team player.
• Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Attention to detail to ensure all fish is collected/delivered accurately and in good time
