We’re looking for a female Live-In Support Worker to join a caring and welcoming all-female home supporting women with mental health needs.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Supporting residents with daily routines, mental well-being, and confidence building.
• Providing practical and emotional support — from attending appointments to sharing meals or enjoying walks in the fresh air.
• Ensuring a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Female applicant required (Genuine Occupational Requirement – Equality Act 2010)
• Warm, reliable, and passionate about mental health.
• Previous care or supported living experience is a bonus.
• Able to work in the UK and complete a DBS check.
