We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a young professional based in Tetbury. Join his team of PAs, who provide his personal care and independent living support. This is a great opportunity to help make a difference to our clients achievements

Start: ASAP
Live in Position 7 days on / 7 days off
Location: Tetbury(GL88HN),Gloucestershire
Pay: £160 per day / £1,120 per week worked

Free accommodation whilst on shift.
Holidays: 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata

Commuting to and from work

Care experience is not required as full training in our client's particular requirements will be provided.
A clean automatic driving licence is required for this position, as you will be required to drive the clients adapted vehicle.

About our Client
Our client is a young professional, with a condition calledAthetoid Cerebral Palsy. This affects all of his body, most prominently his speech and he uses a computerised communication aid to speak. He uses an electric wheelchair and isconfident in his ability and is living independently in his flat.

He is a chilled and hard-working person. He enjoys all things related to F1 or motorsport, whether computer games, TV watching, or going to live events. In his spare time, he likes to play sports in particular Boccia, Cycling and Surfing. Also, he goes to the gym as this not only helps him stay active, it also allows him to socialise and meet new people.
Music is also a passion of his and he likes going to concerts. He enjoys playing games and going to the pub with friends. He is passionate about cooking and eating out at restaurants.
He has a good sense of humour and loves to have banter with friends. Movies and TV are other social activities that he enjoys watching and discussing. Heis working for an international Engineering company in South Gloucestershire and is living in Tetbury.

About You
You are unlikely to have experience in every aspect of our client's care therefore full training in his particular needs is provided.
You will need:
A valid clean UK Driving licence (Essential)
To be physically fit, calm, patient and caring

Organised, patient, reliable

To Be professional

To have a good sense of humour

A mature and responsible attitude

Good communication skills

To be fluent in English.

To be clean and tidy in both your appearance and ways.

You will be fully trained before starting, so previous experience of this type of work is not required.
You must be able to respect our client's privacy and have an understanding of the need for confidentiality in all areas of your work.
