Our client is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor: This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and expanding litigation department in Windsor. \nLitigation Solicitor — Position Overview:
\n
\nSupport the Head of Department and manage your own caseload across a broad range of litigation matters, including employment disputes, landlord & tenant cases, contractual disagreements, commercial litigation and debt recovery. Work independently and as part of a team, handling both pre-litigation matters and court proceedings.

\nKey Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor:

- \n\t
- Run your own varied litigation caseload \n\t
- Advise clients on contentious matters across multiple practice areas \n\t
- Draft legal documents and correspondence \n\t
- Represent clients in court where required \n\t
- Manage files effectively and meet deadlines \n\t
- Contribute to marketing and business development activities \n
\n\n
\nRequirements of the Litigation Solicitor:
\n\n
\n\n
\n\n
- \n\t
- 2+ years PQE in litigation \n\t
- Confident in managing complex legal matters independently \n\t
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n\t
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability \n\t
- Experience with case management systems (training can be provided) \n\t
- Team player with excellent client care skills \n\t
- Willingness to get involved in local networking and firm promotion \n
