Litigation Solicitor, NQ+ PQE, Leicestershire, GBP 40K+ (DOE)JOB REF:TL1930 The Role

You’ll be joining a highly respected team known for delivering practical, commercial solutions across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes. As a key member of the Litigation Department, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including: complex possession and property claims, title rectification and professional negligence claims, Trust and commercial disputes and general litigation and dispute resolution advice You’ll also play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior solicitors, helping to strengthen the department’s continued success.

Skills Required

Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation Demonstrable experience managing complex cases independently Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset Already based in Cornwall, or genuinely interested in relocating to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle this beautiful region offers
