Litigator – Property & Private Client | Wanstead, East London


Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor looking for your next step at a well-regarded firm with real promotion prospects?


We're recruiting on behalf of an established solicitors' firm based in Wanstead, East London — a modern, forward-thinking practice covering Residential & Commercial Property, Wills, Probate, Dispute Resolution, and Employment Law.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a fee-earning litigation solicitor who wants to work across a genuinely varied caseload with autonomy, support, and a clear path to progression.


The Role

You'll handle a broad range of contentious matters including:


▸ Property disputes — ownership, boundary, right of way, service charge, right to manage

▸ Landlord & tenant — possession/eviction proceedings, lease renewals (residential & commercial)

▸ Probate disputes — inheritance claims, will validity

▸ Debt recovery & building disputes


What We're Looking For

▸ Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in litigation

▸ Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

▸ Comfortable working autonomously within a supportive team environment

▸ Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills

▸ Experience working to billing targets
